MRPC specializes in small- to micro-sized part molding for the medical device industry. MRPC’s investment in the proper equipment, relationships with the industry leading tool makers and our experienced engineering team allow us to be successful producing small- to micro-sized medical components.

MRPC has the capabilities to produce components that are smaller, lighter and have superior physical properties than those produced through conventional molding methods.

Liquid silicone rubber (LSR) materials

Two-material combinations

MRPC’s small precision presses produce accurate, repeatable molded silicone and thermoplastic parts weighing less than one gram for implantable electromechanical devices, catheters and more.

Use the "RFI" Request Information selection to attach your design documentation and submit it to our Engineering Department to evaluate and assist with your Quote.
