MRPC has developed unique processes for two-material molding of liquid silicone rubber (LSR) materials onto metal, LSR materials onto plastic, custom rubber materials onto metal, custom rubber materials onto rigid plastic, thermoplastic elastomers (TPE’s) onto rigid plastics and TPE’s onto metal. Our unique two-material molding processes ensure product integrity, reliability and safety, while improving the form, fit and function of the final product.

We can chemically or mechanically bond two-materials together. Chemical bonds are achieved with the application of medical grade primers and/or plasma treatment processes with the rigid substrate components. Chemical bonding ensures the highest product reliability and quality. In addition, MRPC can offer suggestions on how to improve the design of a part to meet your specified chemical or mechanical bond needs.
